Orders are non-refundable once shipped.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All Orders are special orders processed especially for you. They have been checked by strict Halachic standards, so taking them to be immediately checked or even years later will not be honored, unless it is clearly unkosher by 100% accepted Halacha, such as a missing letter. Your local Sofer saying that it isn’t kosher, isn’t mehudar, or is messy will never be accepted.
As a certified rabbi and the Sofer responsible for the preparation and inspection of each item, I retain sole Halachic authority regarding its status. All items are verified according to strict Halachic standards prior to shipment. Any challenges to the item’s kashrut must be based on universally accepted Halachic criteria. Subjective opinions or local assessments will not override my final determination.
Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 30% cancellation fee to cover preparation and verification costs. Once shipped, orders are non-refundable.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing and confirming order details prior to shipment. Any concerns must be raised before dispatch. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
