I am from Brooklyn. I grew up among Ashkenazim and Syrians too.
I am very close to my family, I lived at home with my parents until my recent Aliyah. I love my nieces and nephews very much.
I have a Ph.D. in psychology. I don't necessarily want to work forever and I didn't get a degree to have to work, but I do enjoy it.
I recently moved to Israel in July, it's been good to be here I feel like it opened many doors for me. I've been very lucky. I've been meeting many new people and I think Israel is the right place for me. That being said I'm taking it here year by year and I try not to think too far ahead as to where I will end up for good.
I need to have a guy that is focused, driven and self motivated, and accepting. I would like to have a guy that is tall. It's easier for me to date Americans, and easier to connect to them but I'm not closed to someone that is not.
I'm not the loudest person in the world, but I'm very caring and I think I'm pretty smart. I'm very responsible and I'm disciplined. I know I'm a little difficult but I'm assuming everyone is.
Religiously it gets a little confusing. I was raised in a black hat family. I've always been religious (though a little rebellious). As I get older I kind of want a guy more like my family (without the black hat). I wouldn't mind if the guy is part time learning and working and still is keeping in mind that he needs to support the family. I'm a little less spoiled then I used to be (being in Israel) so I can live on a lot less then I'm used to.
